Transistor

Transistor adalah semikonduktor yang di pasang sebagai penguat sebagai sweetcing, stabili tegangan dan modulasi sinyal.
Ada 2 tipe transistor
1. BJT (Bipolar Junction Transistor)
Contoh : Transistor NPN dan Transistor PNP
2. FET (Field Efeck Transistor)
Contoh : Junction FET(JFET)
              Metal oxide silikon FET(MOSFET)
